The Chief Accountant supervises and ensures the efficient operation of the General Accounting,
Payroll and Disbursement Sections of the Accounting. Facilitates and directs the preparation of
all financial and management accounting reports as may be required by the President/CEO, as
well as government agencies.
The Philhealth Clerk ensures the quality, accuracy and timely delivery services of patients’ benefit and
document as to the Philhealth’s policies and guidelines. Responsible in checking the completeness of
the accomplished Philhealth requirements of patients prior to discharge.

The Project Development Officer II assists the Project Development Officer III in the successful
management and operations of the department. Assists in the efficient and effective conduct
of NBS Program in accordance with the authority vested by regulatory and accrediting bodies,
and in response to established institutional goals and objectives. Helps develop implementable
and sustainable plans, programs and activities to promote and propagate the NBS Program in
the area of operations. Ensures proper compliance with mandatory, statutory, regulatory and
institution’s reportorial requirements.
Organizes, and conducts hospital training programs for clerical, supervisory, technical, and
lower-level management personnel. Work occasionally requires the employee to assess several
elements and alternatives that involves minor research.
