The Department of Internal Medicine was established with the vision of being the premiere training institution in Internal Medicine that upholds the highest standard in health care delivery, North of Manila. It has, since then, continued to uphold its mission to provide an atmosphere of training conducive to the development of well-rounded internists in terms of ethical practice; patient centeredness; and excellence in education and research.
