Your device is evaluated routinely confirming that the battery and its wires (leads) are functioning well. The procedure takes about 10-15 minutes only.

Procedure
The remaining lifespan of the battery of your device is being evaluated and gives you idea about how long the battery will last. A wand is placed over your device connected to a special computer to obtain valuable information from your device. The leads are tested making sure that they conduct electricity both to and from your heart. Doctors may reprogram the parameters to better suit your heart’s individual needs.
Risk
No known risks. There is occasional feeling of mild light headedness during the procedure.
